Title: Lights On: "Put Your Lights On"

  Opening Scripture: Matthew 11:28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Introduction: Turn your lights on. Don’t walk through life in the dark confused, distracted, overburdened, and spiritually drained. Jesus is calling you to turn the lights on—to see what He sees in you, to walk in clarity, peace, and purpose. Some of us are walking around with headlights off in the middle of a storm and wondering why we keep crashing into things. It’s time to flip the switch. It’s time to put your lights on. Some nuggets to ponder on: 1. Rest Is Not Weakness, It’s Wisdom Matthew 11:28 – “Come to Me…” When Jesus gives you red flags, they’re not rejection—they’re warnings and if you ignore them, it becomes a stop sign. Don’t wait until life forces you to shut down. Just because something is on sale doesn’t mean you need to buy it. In the same way, just because an opportunity looks good doesn’t mean it is from God.
